What your participant needs to take part in a session Sessions
Your participants only need three things to take part:
- First, they will need to be able to join the online session, ideally with video and a microphone.
- They will also need access to an internet-connected smartphone or a separate browser to be able to play along.
- Finally, this is interactive and discussion based, so they will need to join in and play along.

Helpful information for your Information Security Team
WWYD OnLine includes a plug-in that is commercial off-the-shelf software (COTS) and is a software as a service (SAAS).
The only data our third-party software partner holds is the facilitator’s name and email address, primarily for authentication purposes.
A participant only connects via a remote connection to a game session. In the session, you can determine what data you wish to collect; first name, last name, user ID, email:
- Players are not required to create an account.
- The User ID is related to their Point Solutions account if they have one.
The Point Solutions plug-in is installed locally on the machine of the facilitator to enable remote polling to work in the session.
